Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Employee Services Representative to join our HR team. This role will support our HR Operations team by providing HR support for managers and employees and providing in region support. This role is expected to start work at 11 am IST.What will you Do:

◆      Assist in solving employee and manager queries through HR portal

◆      Administrate local benefits like leaves, insurance, education assistance program, car lease etc.

◆      Help resolve queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave of absence.

◆      Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company, providing them with pertinent and accurate information, notifying necessary health/insurance providers. Manage regional separation logistics.

◆      Help prepare separation agreements in case of involuntary exits and update Workday with the termination details

◆      Help resolve post exit queries from employees, liaison with internal teams to resolve the queries

◆      Manage the local labor compliance of the region where required

◆      Monitor the probation period and help resolve queries

◆      Review regional policy documents on a regular basis and, coordinate with stakeholders to keep the policies up to date

◆      Cater to basic reporting needs in Workday, excel, and PowerPoint

◆      Will be the Tier 1 contact to assist and resolve queries in HR Ticketing tool around Business card, Tuition Reimbursement and employment verification

◆      Administration of compliance trainings

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and customer service orientation
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

 

Additional Information

  • Workday experience a plus
  • Previous experience in Ticketing tool is desired
  • Former experience in Human Resources or Service Center experience is needed
