For HR Executive / Recruiter
Key responsibility Areas are:
Regular research on the market dynamics and update on the competitor s recruitment patterns.
Pro-active profiling and updating the database.
Conducting the preliminary screening interviews
Regular updating of the postings on job portals, LinkedIn, company website, All social Media and emailers to the employees
Regular updates to the stakeholders regarding the status of recruitment
Periodic updating of the documentation (Job Description, information about the company, questionnaires, templates of offer and appointment letter, etc.)
Constant follow-up with the candidate once the offer is rolled out till the candidates join the company.
Conducting the reference check for the selected candidates.
Core Area of recruitment Software development in PHP, WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and CI.
Salary sheet preparation, implementation of code of conduct, and all policies of HR.
All Joining formalities.
Preferred Qualification: MBA in HR from reputed Institute.
Minimum Experience : 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000
