Position – Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager
Experience – 5 to 8 years

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-
· Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience.
· Immediate joinee (within 5 to 6 days)
· Required role will be suitable for male candidates due to night shift requirements
· Any Graduate with PGDM Degree on HR Management and MPM
As Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager at Legend you will – (Responsibilities)
· Responsible for the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and proper reports for payroll related. Knowledge of payroll related compliances (TDS, PT, PF & LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, TDS return & form 16 issuance).
· Full & Final Processing/Closures
· Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming change of statutory ordinance and government requirements
· Coordinate with inter department to address & resolve compliance related discrepancy on payroll
· End to end company compliances, documentations, fillings, and yearly closures.
· Handling HR operations
· Handing HR Database
